    Somerset was developed by Nusajaya Consolidated, a join ventured firm between UM Land and UEM Land. These renowned developers had previously launched properties namely Nusa Bayu, Impiana, Imperia, Nusa Idaman, East Ledang, Arcoris and 28 Mont Kiara. Upon completion, Somerset would be managed by The Ascott Limited, for the next 10 years (until 2024) and buyers can either move in or lease the property to the firm. The Ascott Limited has 27 years of experience in managing serviced residences and hotels and have won multiple awards to date.Somerset was launched with the price of RM720,000 to RM4,500,000 in the year 2012. Even though, most people would consider this as overpriced, yet this property was sold out within few months. After the property was launched in Singapore, only 12 units were available for sale in Malaysia.
