The developer offers Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) & free SPA legal fees for the early bird buyers.Pinetree is strategically located, yet it's important to note that this residence is overpriced compared to the other properties in the surrounding. Teega, another property development located next to Pinetree was only priced at RM700 psf and were sold out within few days as the price was still considered to be affordable. But the smallest unit in Pinetree itself was priced at RM977 psf and the launch price increase for the bigger built-up units. Yet the buyers will have plenty of options to choose from since the neighbourhood is going through massive developments.
