Close proximity to the Singapore border and the CIQ makes it a plausible place to stay for daily commuters. It also comes with good access to amenities as the city is just a quick drive away. However, Jalan Stulang Darat and Jalan Ibrahim Sultan, the only two exit points see a lot of congestion during peak hours.
