Botanika is part of an overall master plan known as the Tebrau Coast Master Plan. Under the stewardship of Tebrau Teguh, the master plan is comprised of five precincts that will be developed over the next 10 to 15 years. The five precincts include the Tebrau Riverside, River City Hub, Molek Landing, Plentong Cove and Tebrau Waterfront City. The Botanika development seems to be a popular one, as it was sold out within hours of its launch. As it is set to be Tebrau Teguh's first high end residential project, it certainly attracted the interest of potential buyers and investors, all of whom purchased ballots in order to purchase units.
