    Bayu Puteri 2 is a well-built condominium developed in the year 2007. Prices for the units for phase 2 in particular is less in demand due to the smaller built-up in comparison with the others. This residence also comes with a maintenance fee which is rather high at RM100 per month for very few facilities. Located close to Singapore, Bayu Puteri 2 has constant demand particular in terms of rental and rental rates start from RM1,000, but could go up to RM1,500 depending on condition and furnishings. Overall, this is not a bad place to stay if commuting daily into Singapore.
