Apart from that, Jalan Tebrau is also parallel with Tebrau Highway with easy access to North - South Highway (PLUS) and Pasir Gudang Highway.     Distinctive Properties was formed in late 2011 by two veterans in the real estate market with more than 30 years of experience, having been involved in property management, town planning and property development. They had a hand in several properties in Mont Kiara. The developers have a land bank of approximately 28 acres in the vicinity and 1Tebrau is to be their maiden project.1Tebrau itself has a gross development value of approximately RM330 million. It is to be the first modern, integrated development combining commercial and residential components, which is wholly suitable for this matured neighborhood. It has received good response at their first soft launch in June 2012, where almost half of their units were booked. It was also interesting to note that that Japanese customers bought a good chunk of their residential units, approximately 15%. At the time of writing, there are only a few remaining units in Type B and Type D.
