Flanked by the sea, the hills, and the bridge. The View possesses one of the world most spectacular significant scenery of all time. The sight of The View symbolizes the entrance into Penang, as how the Penang Bridge is for the Pearl of the Orient. It can be considered a strategic residential location with just 10 minutes drive to the Penang Airport or the City area. University Science Malaysia (USM), one of the most popular University in Penang is situated very near to The View. The population around that area have been growing these years, with majority of them being the undergraduates. One may easily find lots of dining places, ranging from hawker stalls to high-class fancy restaurants in these area to cater for the growing demand. However there are some cons which one need to consider seriously before getting a property at The View. Occasionally bad traffic jam will happen in front of the condominium especially during weekends and public holidays, or during busy working hours in the morning or at evening time where the entrance to the Bayan Lepas are badly jammed due to the volume of the traffics trying to access into the same area or coming out from the same area through the same entrance. The View is built right next to a Malay village, which many people may find weird, given that the developer markets the project as high-end condominium. To make matter worse, there is also a small Muslim cemetery inside the village that may be visible from the higher floors of the condominium. Also it has been claimed that the overall temperature in The View is very hot because glass has been used as the external wall, though the exterior really looks good from the outside.
