Currently managed by JMC, it is a well managed condominium. The last AGM was in Jul 2010 in which it was reported that the collection is 95%. Maintenance fee is 19 sen and sinking fund is 2 sen - very reasonable for a well managed condo like this. This condo has fantastic Feng shui with 2 views - facing the city and the greens. Ample fresh air and windy - sometimes, air con is not necessary as it gives the feeling of being in the highlands especially during or after a rain shower.Facilities are fantastic, with a low density. Mostly occupied by owners and demand for subsale/rental is higher than supply. Security is tight - coming into 5/58B, one has to first go thru the security employed by the landed residential link house. Then, it has to go thru the Cameron Tower's employed Security. Cameron Towers will be a good buy for own stay or investment as the price of the units tend to have a very good appreciation value. The current market price for a unit at Cameron Towers has escalated to approximately RM400k, and the rental had gone to RM3.5k. Overall, this is a good condominium to buy if you love the greenery scene and fresh air of Gasing Heights. Given the strategic location at PJ area and well managed, it will be quite difficult to resist. Best kept secret in PJ - you wont know it until you visit it.
