There are not many bungalow lots left nearby the city centre or even within the Petaling Jaya district. The launch price of Mutiara Hills bungalow land can be considered cheap, as other bungalow plot at The Peak at Taman TAR, Desa ParkCity, Hartamas Heights, and Damansara Heights are tagged from RM280 to RM500 psf respectively. Mutiara Hill is lacking in security even though it is a major concern, as there were many break-ins at the bungalows.
