Analysis
Berjaya Group is a local renowned multinational corporation which owns and operates 14 hotels and owns two other hotels operated by international hotel chains. The group properties include Berjaya Times Square, Berjaya Le Morne Beach Resort in Mauritius, Berjaya Palace Hotel Kota Kinabalu and several others in multiple locations such as Vietnam, Penang, Pulau Redang and Phu Quoc Island.KL Plaza Suites is claimed to be a 3-star quality hotel, but the suite is quite run down and its facade looks dated from the outside. Among complaints heard by previous guests are sunken bed, slow water, and smelly lifts, foyers and halls. Currently, there is ongoing renovation work at ground floor of KL Plaza complex in order to revamp the shopping arcade. The hotel management assured that there is no interruption at the apartment. However, one could not escape from the noise produced by the construction.
