    This building is owned by Berjaya Group, and leased out accordingly at the rate upwards of RM1,600 per month. There isn't an investment opportunity here as the units are not sold, only rented out on minimum one-year leases. Jalan Abdul Samad and the Inner Ring Road sees relatively little traffic and is smooth throughout the day, even during peak hours. Amenities are located little far off, but it is a fair tradeoff considering the place is very serene, similarly surrounded by other low-density developments.
