    PJ5 Soho is very well designed with modern architecture and glass feature all over the building – just like Saujana Residency and Empire Soho (Empire Subang). It will surely become one of the building landmarks in Kelana Jaya.There are numerous commercial offices coming up in Kelana Jaya in near future including The Paradigm, a proposed commercial centre in front Kelana Puteri condominium, and Zenith Corporate Park (just completed) – which will affect PJ5 Soho demand. However, most of them are located on leasehold land in SS7. There is potential for PJ5 Soho to perform in the future. Its immediate competitor, Empire Subang Soho, is currently priced from RM400 psf onwards. Besides that, it only comprises 138 units – very low density for an office suites development.
