Aliran Raya is a new developer based in Kajang, therefore little is known about them in terms of development history. Their end-financiers are notable banks including CIMB, Public Bank, RHB and Bank Islam, which should afford them some level of credibility.The location of the development is very strategic in terms of distance from amenities and accessibility. It is also fairly priced considering it is in such close proximity with said amenities and considerable land size. If there is one hiccup in the development it is this, the development skirts the Sungai Kantan Chinese Graveyard.
