Although Starz Valley is the first project ever undertaken by Golden Plateau, it received quite a reception when launched as Deputy Finance Minister Donald Lim was present along with a large crowd. Its strongest selling points are its location, the ready market, and playing of the "education card". Developments near education hubs have a tendency to do well if marketed appropriately. The location of Starz Valley is walking distance to Inti International University and driving distance to many others as Nilai is an established education hub with many others rumored to be setting up shop in Nilai in the near future as well, one of which was confirmed being Manipal University. Some units within Starz Valley come fully furnished, catering to the investor whom merely wishes to rent to students for a passive income.
