Mounted on a hill and set amidst lush greenery, Menara Mutiara is well-known for its breezy, serene and cool ambiance. Also, it offers spectacular view of the city centre, the forest reserve and Taman TAR. Ever since the residents of Menara Mutiara took over of the management of the condominium, the living conditions have improved significantly. Security is top notch with 4 security guards manning the place at each shift. Menara Mutiara may not give a good first impression at first due to the building not being painted, but with the hard work of the management body, enough money has been raised to paint the building. The new look of the condominium will most likely take place in early 2014. The strata title will be issued around the same time as well. People can expect prices to rise after the paintwork, as that was probably the only stumbling block towards an appreciation of price in Menara Mutiara.
