As the Marina Cove is expected to be the next thriving business hub of Johor Bahru, it is set within easy driving distance of shopping complexes, international schools, hospitals and clubs. Giant hypermarket, AEON, Excelsior International School and The Japanese School are all within easy driving distance. Golfers will be pleased to know that the Star Hill Golf Club, Austin Hill Golf Resort, and Permas Jaya Golf Club are also close to home.Marina Cove will be highly and easily accessible via the Eastern Dispersal Link which is linked to the North-South highway. Besides that, it is set only 10 minutes away from the Woodlands checkpoint, 5 minutes to the Tebrau Highway and 3 minutes to the Sultan Iskandar Customs, Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) Complex. Tenants will also be a mere 5 minutes drive away from the Singapore-JB Rapid Transit System that is scheduled to be completed in 2018.
