Neighbouring areas include Damansara Perdana, Sunway SPK Damansara, Desa ParkCity and Kota Damansara.Azelia Residence have two blocks, one would have 10 storeys whereas the other would have 30 storeys. There would be a total of 250 units within the 3.13 acre development, resulting in the rather low density of 80 units per acre. Various layouts are designed to cater to different market segments, and units range from studio units to full-sized 5-bedroom units, from 615 sf up to 3,433 sf. Prices at launch averaged at RM560 psf with variations depending on the physical location and view from the property. Current sub-sale asking prices as of November 2013 are hovering at RM700 psf, even though the property has not been completed yet.Units within Azelia Residence are afforded a panoramic view of the KL skyline, or the Damansara Avenue Park or Bandar Sri Damansara. The larger, high-rise units would feature high, double-volume ceilings for the living and dining area, and units in the 10-storey block would feature a spacious lanai. The 10-storey block would house the larger units which will translate to lower density, whereas the studio and smaller units would be housed in the 30-storey block.Azelia Residence would have 3-tier, 24-hour security which is equipped with card access and CCTV surveillance. Facilities are extensive, and would include swimming pool, children's pool, and a pool pavilion. There would also be a 7-acre landscaped park equipped with jogging track, children's playground and a barbecue area. Within the premises, there would be a sauna, half basketball court, squash courts, badminton courts and a lifestyle gymnasium.Azelia Residence would have easy access amenities in Ativo Plaza which is easily accessible via a walkway. Apart from the planned Ativo Plaza, the location of Damansara Avenue itself is situated close to many amenities to begin with. Located opposite the development is Sri Damansara Business Park where eateries and banks could easily be found along with mini-markets. Nearby shopping centers include Jusco Metro Prima, and AEON Damansara Damai. Other shopping centers within comfortable driving distance within Damansara include 1Utama, Cineleisure Mutiara Damansara, Sunway Giza, and 1 Mont Kiara Mall. Nearby schools include Sekolah Sri Bestari, SRK Bandar Sri Damansara 3, SMK Taman Bukit Maluri, and Sri Utama International School KL. Azelia Residence is located within Damansara Avenue, which is rather strategically situated. It is sandwiched between the Middle Ring Road 2 and the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), which is a good place to be if you're thinking of staying there. The Penchala Link, LDP and Sprint Highway is also in close proximity and easily accessible from the area. Whilst easily accessible by car, there is not much infrastructure in place for public transportation in the immediate vicinity.

    TA group was listed as the property arm of TA Group three years ago in 2010. TA groups has several notable projects within and outside Malaysia, chief of which has been grabbing headlines is the joint venture with Holborn Group and Trump International for the Trump International Hotel & Tower located in Vancouver, estimated to take USD360 million to build. A public statement by the director of TA Global, Datin Alicia Tiah, confirmed that 90% of Azelia Residences has been sold as of July 2013.The cons to the Damansara Avenue are that it is located at the northern tip of Damansara, which is quite some ways from Damansara proper. It is located very close to Kepong, which is a medium-cost and relatively aged area. However, the area is seeing a lot of development and thus, potential for capital gain as Desa ParkCity is located less than a kilometer away.
