TA group was listed as the property arm of TA Group three years ago in 2010. TA groups has several notable projects within and outside Malaysia, chief of which has been grabbing headlines is the joint venture with Holborn Group and Trump International for the Trump International Hotel & Tower located in Vancouver, estimated to take USD360 million to build. A public statement by the director of TA Global, Datin Alicia Tiah, confirmed that 90% of Azelia Residences has been sold as of July 2013.The cons to the Damansara Avenue are that it is located at the northern tip of Damansara, which is quite some ways from Damansara proper. It is located very close to Kepong, which is a medium-cost and relatively aged area. However, the area is seeing a lot of development and thus, potential for capital gain as Desa ParkCity is located less than a kilometer away.
