    The building of Desa Green Apartment is rather aged, having seen almost two decades of wear and tear; however, the management has recently repainted the facade so it looks less dated. The location, which provides for good access to amenities located right below the apartment also comes with its drawbacks; and in this instance its the high level of street level activity, causing the lower ground units to experience higher levels of noise. Due to its proximity to many amenities, traffic is a very big issue due to the markets opening in the morning, and there is a school nearby as well.
