This residence would be sold with a launch price which begin from RM72,500 to RM220,000.Chelliah Park City was built to help lower income citizens to buy property in the middle of city centre. There are several requirement which was set to ensure that the home are purchased by lower income residents and among the requirements are applicants should have a monthly individual salary of less that RM750 or household salary of less than RM1,500. The Penang state government will have the balloting once the project is completed entirely.
