Vilaris caters to a very niche market and the development is extremely exclusive, with only 50 over units on a 5.4 acre piece of land. The developers are Runnymede Group which was established in 1994, whose maiden project in Penang was The Sanctuary which is phase 1 of Vilaris. Their maiden project was completed in 2010 and is currently fully occupied as of 2013; it is noteworthy that it features RM1.5 million worth of security features. Roughly 50% of the units within Vilaris are sold in an initial private preview, prior to public launch. The location of the development is excellent, centrally located on prime land. Design of the units are both thoughtful and thorough. Even the price in terms of per square feet is attractive, at roughly RM400 psf. All in all, this is definitely not a bad place to call home in the bustling state that is Penang.
