Right behind the condominium is a small hill which is among the remaining green pocket of the city. Hence, residents of Pandan Height enjoy the greenery view as well as the surrounding neighborhoods views from the units. However, crime rate in Pandan Perdana area is quite high and has been highlighted in the media for the past few years. Last year, a serious crime occurred whereby the police discovered a body at a ravine in the Pandan Perdana area. The victim was stabbed four times and was believed to have been hit on his right ear.There were serious concerns over the crime rates in Pandan Perdana in the last 2 years and some of these robbery cases were committed in broad daylight. However, in year 2010 crime rate review, there has already been a significant drop in crime rate in the area. The significant drop in crime rate is evident results of the cooperation amongst the residents and the policemen.
