The rental starts from RM300 per day. All the units in Putra Court are mostly fully furnished with kitchenettes, water, electricity and gas, making it convenient for temporary tenants who are looking for a home away from home. Putra Court condominium comes with a full range of facilities. Besides entertainment, students will find themselves conveniently close to Kolej Binary and Institute of Medical Research (IMR).Several bus services serve the area, so residents will find it easy to get a ride to RapidKL Sentul Timur and KTM Depot Sentul. Analysis
Putra Court is one of the condominiums in Kuala Lumpur that was bought as an investment and has a unique advantage of being a holiday home for tourists due to its excellent location. Due to this reason there are no units for sale at at all as the owners can earn more money in the long run renting it out to tourists. Traffic congestion in the heart of Kuala Lumpur is a given, given the fact that it is heavily overpopulated as it is the capital of Malaysia and also holds many tourist attractions with the most popular being KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers. Putra Court is an excellent investment due to its unique location, but as a permanent home it will be quite lousy as no one wants to have neighbours that keep changing daily and who might be potentially unsavoury.
