Kemensah Heights is a low density and exclusive development at Kemensah, which offers nature and greenery scene. There are increasingly more bungalows and semi-detached houses recently, which have increase the population at that area. However, the population is still relatively low if compared to the nearby Taman Melawati. The drawbacks of staying at Kemensah Heights are access and security problem. Though Kemensah Heights can be access via Zoo Negara and Taman Melawati, both required access from Middle Ring Road 2, which is always in traffic congestion especially at peak hours. The security at Kemensah Heights is not really good, as there were some break-in cases happened before, mainly due to no gated and guarded for those old bungalow development.
