Villa Vista is an exclusive condominium which was developed by the property developer, Orando Holdings. Being in this industry for several years, this developer had launched and completed numerous developments namely Sky Vista Residensi and Vistaria Residensi. All these residences are also located in the vicinity of Cheras, as Orando Holdings is a Cheras based developer.Furthermore, Villa Vista was launched in the year 2013 for the launching price of RM739,000 to RM1,896,000. This residence is opined to be slightly overpriced as there are several other developments which were priced cheaper, this can be due to the fact that the MRT station is located just walking distance away from this residence. In addition, there are also complain about one of the developer’s previous project, whereby cracks have been detected in the condominium. The traffic congestion in this area is pretty bad during peak hours and this residence is expected to turn this from bad to worst.
