    Hartamas Heights was initially launched in November 1999. 90 units out of 100 lots were snapped up within two weeks after the initial launch. The developer, Pesona Permai, claimed that they managed to build 70 per cent of the lot units in 3 years (2002). These bungalow lots were launched from RM129 to RM150 psf.Hartamas Heights is a solution for one who always wanted to build their own mansion according to own taste and preference. Security is a serious issue nowadays whereby bungalows are always targeted by robbers. To add Hartamas Heights' security measures, it boasts CCTV surveillance that lets residents to view and identify visitors at the main entrance. Besides Hartamas Heights, other housing estate that offer similar bungalow lot concept within the Klang Valley is The Peak at Taman TAR, Ampang which the plots were launched from RM200 psf in October 2005. There are still a number of plots unsold by the developer – which are currently on market at around RM330 psf. Other residential land such as Damansara Heights is priced around RM500 psf – but not within gated community.
