    Analysis

Sommerset Close is set in close proximity to all the town amenities. It takes about 10-minute drive away to reach the city center of Kuala Lumpur. The amenities include shopping complexes and hypermarket (Leisure Mall, Tesco Extra, Jaya Jusco & Viva Mall), medical centers (Hospital UKM, Hospital Rehabilitasi Cheras & clinics), schools (SMK Cheras, IPG Kampus Cheras, SM Sains Alam Shah, SM Sains Selangor & SM Teknik Kuala Lumpur), restaurants, mamak stalls, convenience stores, banks, petrol stations and many more. Sports center can also be found near to the property as the sports arena in Taman Tasik Permaisuri holds numerous sports complex ranging from swimming pool to football field. The townvillas are also nearby to other developmental regions in Cheras such as Taman Pertama, Taman Tenaga, Seri Mas, Casa Gemilang Apartment, Lido Residency, Pertama Residensi, Vistaria Residensi, Villa Seri Puteri and Taman Cantik. For the entertainment of the community surrounding the enclave, there are Cheras Velodrome and the vibrant KL Downtown Market next to Sommerset Close. The daily groceries of the community can also be done with the nearest Pasar Besar Cheras that serves fresh foods daily. Jalan Yaakob Latiff connects the townhouse to all the educational institutions situated nearby the residence. Other than that, Jalan Sekilau could bring you to the Pasar Besar Cheras. The Cheras Roundabout is also in short distance to Sommerset Close with a little drive further, one can easily access the Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2).According to some online reviews, Sommerset Close seems like a ghost town to the community around it. Even though it has been completed in 2011, there is hardly anybody buying the town houses. Moreover, rumours have it that the the lousy workmanship becomes the factor which pulls away the interest of buyers from purchasing a unit of Sommerset Close. The built up space of its balcony is said to be too big that it consumes the size of the upper levels of the house, while the parking lot seems impractical to spectators.
