    Pudu Plaza is located in one of the most coveted areas in Kuala Lumpur with the high traffic inflow and outflow. Traffic congestion is however a major problem in the area which causes locals to try to stay away during peak hours to avoid getting stuck in traffic for hours on end.The neighbourhood of Pudu Plaza is also another cause for many locals to stay away, as the area does have a reputation to be seedy and shady. Snatch thefts are common in the area, as are tricksters pretending to be beggars and the like. Touting for bus tickets are also common, giving the place a rather bad reputation.Many would claim that obtaining a piece of property around Pudu Plaza would be the best investment of all times, however this is not very true as the entire property in the area is leasehold and can be taken back by the government at any given time.
