Looking at its market trend, it is hard to decipher the stability in investing in the building.Wisma Mirama has experiencing major roller coasted transacted pricing. The average price of the building soars at RM3,344 psf in 2008, but plummeted in the coming years with the lowest being RM1,436 psf in 2011.
