Legasi 2 is an area that will never face any traffic congestion if the residents have no need to go into the city as they are set far enough from the city centre that the noise and pollution will not affect them. In fact some of the residents have gone so far to say that the area can sometimes get to quiet; but that is surely a refreshing change from the hectic rat race of the city. Home owners however might want to look into the issues of landslides as 2 years ago there were reports of risks of landslide in the Desa Melawati area. Although Legasi 2 is not backing any mountains, landslides in other areas close to the townhouses might affect them negatively too. It does not seem to hold much potential as an investment as it is set rather far out from the city; the fact that it is a townhouse also leans against the increment of its price as townhouses are not too popular with the public.
