    There are mixed reviews regarding Market Hall's success in the coming future. Some were confident about Market Hall as almost all units in the development are sold and now there are only limited units available at the top floors. It is often comparable to Kenanga Wholesale City as they are located nearby and many have stated that Market Hall serves as an alternative to those who cannot afford units in Kenanga Wholesale City. The mall concept is actually a very popular successful concept in Hong Kong, China and Korea.However, there were also many concerns over the parking issues as Market Hall does not contain parking spaces and some were stressing that although there will always be a crowd at Market Hall, the lack of parking spaces around the area could be a put off as one might need to spend their time wasted just looking for a parking bay.
