Without doubts, Albakri Court is a nice place to stay and it is preferred by expatriates. Its rental can be considered cheap as most condominium units in the enclave are tenanted at around RM10,000 for built-up size of 2,000 sf.However, Albakri Court is sandwiched between condominiums and lacks of greenery within the compound. For additional RM2,000 budget, one can fetch a 4,200 sf townhouse at Seriska with a splendid view of the Royal Selangor golf course right at the backyard and also located at more quite side of Ampang Hilir. Townhouses in the Embassy Row enclave are highly in demand even though there are several newcomers, such as The Madge and Madge Residences. However, these new comers are priced far beyond reach by most investors, as the prices are buzzing from RM6 million onwards. A cheaper option than Albakri Court is Ampang 971 which is currently tagged at around RM850,000.
