Analysis
Looking at the price range available for Prima Setapak II, we know that it isn't low-cost, but it isn't exactly high end either. Most would find it a reasonable price considering its facilities, space and location. The type of facilities provided by the condominium itself certainly gives the idea that it is marketed towards urbanites, be it family or singles, as they are recreational in type – the gymnasium, function room and the outdoor landscaping.That said, because of the close proximity to the university and college, most of the residents are students. Some people find this off-putting because of some reason or another, but considering the spacious units, and there being less than 20 units on any given floor, there won't be a problem with any feelings of encroachment.
