    The piece of land that Bayu Segar sits on, is most probably the last piece of freehold land in the outer Cheras. Most part of outer Cheras that closed to the city centre has already been fully developed. The only problem is, the area is being surrounded by low cost flats from Bukit Segar, which you may not like for privacy concern, where having people from those flats peeking into you house.With the upcoming Kota Damansara-Cheras LRT extension plan, an LRT station is supposed to be built nearby Taman Segar. When the new LRT line is completed, it will definitely ease the traffic congestion in Jalan Cheras, which is known to be notorious during peak hours.
