The company, Lum Chang Group is a renowned developer originated from Singapore. In fact, the group is the one behind several upmarket developments in Malaysia, such as Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC), Wickham Manor, Suria 619 and LamanSeri in Shah Alam, Damansara Villa, Tembeling Resort in Kuantan and Twin Palms at Bandar Sungai Long. The design of Wickham Manor looks a bit dated even though its paint looks fresh. The trees surrounding the condominium are well taken care of. On overall, this condominium is pretty well maintained and its security is tight. The current price of Wickham Manor is hovering around RM500 psf. Past 3 years ago, it was tagged around RM320 psf. Hence, Wickham Manor seems a good investment for capital appreciation, as it has been proven to deliver more than 30% of return in just 3 years. On top of that, its rental is about RM4.00 psf, which has doubled for these 3 years. Investment wise, there is not much room left for Wickham Manor to appreciate further, as most of its neighbours are currently priced at the same price tag of RM500 psf. And these neighbours are much better and newer, such as Raintree Residence and Mutiara Upper East.
