One of the unique feature of the condo is its wide windows which affords residents a beautiful, breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean. This is indeed a rare luxury to be able to enjoy a scenic view in the middle of the city.That being said, The Brezza is probably slightly more expensive than other older developments, plus it is comparatively higher in density, not to mention it's leasehold tenure.
