Parking bays Analysis
There were mixed reviews regarding the development of KL Festival City. Many thought that it is not right for DBKL to approve so many high rise development projects within the already very congested Setapak area and some even thought that the development approved would be a public park as the area is so packed with apartments, shop-office lots and shopping complexes that there is no more space for playing fields or sports complex around the area. Apart from that, many are also worried about the traffic condition in the coming years to come as Jalan Genting Klang which is one of the main roads to and fro from many housing areas and shopping complexes in Setapak is already very congested. However, there are also many that are in favor with the development of KL Festival City saying that it is great that they can get to have another choice of hang out spots and the wider selection of amenities to choose from.
