    Damai Gayana is located within an exclusive area in Bandar Damai Perdana with picturesque lush greenery as its backdrop, residents are able to enjoy a more different sight of the city of Cheras other than just residential estates and the concrete jungle. This is the place for you if you like to be surrounded by nature and yet do not want to be at an area whereby it is too sheltered away from the bustling city. Besides that, residents of Damai Gayana also get to enjoy the scenic view of the Cheras skyline at the comfort of their own home. It would be suitable for those with families and is a great place to call home after one’s retirement as well. However, there were complaints on the developer as there are cracks on the walls at the houses in the neighboring housing area due to the development. Those neighbors have made a few complaints but the issue still unresolved until this date.
