Taman Kajang Raya is a good location to live at in Kajang, and hence residential development density is rather high in the area. As such, traffic congestion is a daily issue for the residents who live here, as the neighbourhood's main trunk road, Jalan 7/1, is used as a shortcut to get from the SILK Highway to Jalan Semenyih. Peak hour traffic is the worst, while non-peak hours see a rather smooth flowing road.The neighbourhood of Taman Kajang Raya is targeted mostly towards the upper middle income group, and as such the residents of the neighbourhood get a rather decent crowd. Although break-ins and car thefts are common in the close surrounding neighbourhoods, Taman Kajang Raya seems to be safe from these crimes; or at least non have ever made it to the news.Houses in Taman Kajang Raya appear to be worthy of investment, especially with the property development spillover from the city of Kuala Lumpur and the neighbourhoods decent location.
