    As one of the pioneer condominiums on Bangsar Hill, Sri Kasturina design reflects a an open plan resort style feel of the early 1990s. It would appeal to people who value a low density, tranquil environment with unrestricted views. The residents committee embarked upon an extensive continuous upgrading initiative in 2009 that has seen major upgrades to landscaping, common areas, family friendly facilities and security. These initiatives have compelled existing owners to renovate their units and the resulting uptake in rental by expatriate families.As one of the earlier condos on Bangsar Hill, Sri Kasturina choice of materials, open corridors and common areas exhibit a 90s design and feel. A common observation concerns most units kitchen window facing these corridors. Privacy can be maintained by installing blinds. Actual sale and rental prices of Sri Kasturina have appreciated to reflect continuing improvements, increasing from RM330 psf in 2007 to approximately RM650 psf in December 2013. Average prices for similar low density properties in Bangsar range from RM650 to RM1,000 psf. With the recent 2014 government ruling restricting foreign buyer purchases to properties of not less than RM 1 million, psf prices of Sri Kasturina are expected to rapidly climb to reflect this new ruling (RM 769 psf for standard units).
