It would appeal to people who value a low density, tranquil environment with unrestricted views. The residents committee embarked upon an extensive continuous upgrading initiative in 2009 that has seen major upgrades to landscaping, common areas, family friendly facilities and security. These initiatives have compelled existing owners to renovate their units and the resulting uptake in rental by expatriate families.As one of the earlier condos on Bangsar Hill, Sri Kasturina choice of materials, open corridors and common areas exhibit a 90s design and feel.
