Cempaka Utama is nestled in a very peaceful location. Although one may have to drive pass the bumpy badly maintained road of Kampung Kayu Ara, towards the end of the road lies the apartment. It is rather quiet there, yet it is situated within a wide array of amenities. With it's strategic positioning, it is definitely a value buy as it does not come with a hefty price tag. However, there are very limited amount of units and most units are already bought up and is tenanted by the owners themselves. One might want to consider the fact that his apartment is a walk-up apartment without any elevator services. As such families with elderly members might want to avoid staying here.Security issues might be of concern to some due to the fact that the road leading into the apartment have to bypass Kampung Kayu Ara. Most of the residents in Kampung Kayu Ara consist of illegal immigrants. As such, parents may be concerned over their children's security. Fortunately, most of these squatters have been transferred to another low-cost flat.
