More importantly, it provides a serene lifestyle complete with natural sea breeze and secluded privacy away from the busy town center. In short, this area would be a great place to raise children or retire.The floating mosque, Chinese temple, Indian temple, clinic, police station and two petrol stations (Esso and Caltex) are all within 10 minutes drive. The Tunku Abdul Rahman College (TARC) and the Dalat international school are also within 10 minutes drive vicinity as well, which could be profitable for those who would like to rent out their houses at Medan Tanjung Bungah.
