However, the price is high because of the large built-ups and the entry cost is also high since the developer does not offer Developer Interest Bearing Scheme (DIBS) to buyers. In terms of location, Sutera Maya is a bit far from the Old Klang Road stretch. However, OUG Parklane is farther and priced from RM270 psf to RM300 psf.
