Even though SHNG Villas development has already been buzzing in the market for quite some time now, it is yet to be launched by IJM. The last update from IJM is that SHNG Villas might be launched in end of 2010 at the price from RM1.6 million. There is a growing concern from Monte Bayu residents on the hill slope of Taman Bukit Permai. According to the residents, IJM only covers half of the hill slope below Block A of Monte Bayu and one can still see broken wood and barb wires sticking out. It is worried that IJM will continue the bad workmanship on SHNG Villas. IJM Land has planned quite a number of developments this year including SHNG Villas. Other developments are Riana Green East, Bandar Puncak Alam, Laman Granview and Bukit Manda'rina. Perhaps, being busy is the main reason why IJM has pushed the official launch date further.
