Just a stone's throw away from 3 Element, there are The Atmosphere, Garden Explore and Equine Boulevard – which are under construction. Besides that, 3 Element is within close proximity to Putra Walk and Aeon Taman Equine Shopping Centre that hosts Jusco. Following the large number of commercial units comprising shops, retail outlets and office suites in the area, it is afraid that oversupply might occur even though the area is rapidly growing with residential developments. Among nearby large residential developments are 16 Sierra and Alam Sanctuary. Even though the launch price of 3 Element from the developer sounds expensive, the price can still be acceptable.
