    Bandar Putra Permai is a fast growing township with several commercial developments which are either recently completed or under construction. Just a stone's throw away from 3 Element, there are The Atmosphere, Garden Explore and Equine Boulevard – which are under construction. Besides that, 3 Element is within close proximity to Putra Walk and Aeon Taman Equine Shopping Centre that hosts Jusco. Following the large number of commercial units comprising shops, retail outlets and office suites in the area, it is afraid that oversupply might occur even though the area is rapidly growing with residential developments. Among nearby large residential developments are 16 Sierra and Alam Sanctuary. Even though the launch price of 3 Element from the developer sounds expensive, the price can still be acceptable. Located just mere minutes away, TTDI Dualis is a quite a similar development to 3 Elements - which is ideal for comparison. TTDI Dualis semi-detached shop-office with built-up size from 3,545 sf was launched last year from RM1.3 million, or RM367 psf. Compared to TTDI Dualis, 3 Elements is just 16% more expensive that TTDI Dualis, and to be completed a year after the latter.
