The main factor is the developer’s past track record which the developer is the same developer behind the successful Cheras Vista. Besides that, most buyers of Desa Budiman claim that the layout is practical and the design is modern. With the name of Pujangga Budiman behind this development, they are confident that the developer will deliver the homes as expected. However, the launch price of Desa Budiman is high for a terrace house – no matter how big is the land area and built-up size. For similar budget, one can even purchase an old semi-detached house within Kajang area, or a terrace house in established areas within Klang Valley. Traffic jam is a normal scene in the area, especially during rainy days. As Desa Budiman is located deep inside the vicinity, you have to struggle along the crawl to access Cheras-Kajang Highway and Silk Highway.
