Analysis
There was a report in the New Straits Times dated 26th of May 2011 which headlined '52 families in Taman Sri Gombak worry about soil erosion'. According to a resident, the soil erosion has occurred little by little since the end of 2009. The soil erosion has worsened due to heavy rain and may affect the TNB sub-station located near to the housing area. The 2-storey terrace houses can be normally found in auction market. The small 2-storey terraces are normally being reserved at around RM150,000. Besides the small-sized terrace units, there are also larger terrace units can be found in the auction market from time to time.
