    Analysis

    Some units in Mutiara Heights are facing the sea view which is a treat to many as they get to enjoy the priceless view from the comforts of their own home. However, there are some unpleasant cases experienced by the residents before this. There were residents had their cars ransacked within the compounds of the condominium. However, the security guards said that they could not do anything as the thieves are most probably residents staying there. Residents of Mutiara Heights also complained about the cleanliness of the surroundings as some residents noted that there was rubbish everywhere including in the lifts and some also stated that the management and security guards are not doing their job right as many Mat Rempits from the nearby village are able to enter and exit the premise as they like. There were also issues with the dumping sites along the Lim Chong Eu Expressway and some residents are not happy about it as they think that this environmental issue should be resolved as soon as possible as it has been there for years. However since the end of 2011, the building's maintenance, cleanliness and security at Mutiara Heights have shown drastic improvements after the condominium was jointly managed by the residents and house owners. All entrances for pedestrian and vehicles are equipped with access card reader for access control as well as 24-hour security phone contact is also available for emergency. Consistent improvement have been on-going at Mutiara Heights. The joint-management have even created a Facebook on JMB Mutiara Heights for its residents and house owners to comment and complaint.
