There was an issue about the lift as the lifts in one of the buildings broke down and caused much inconvenience to residents there especially the elderly ones. However, the problem was resolved after numerous attempts from some of the residents to get the management to fix the lifts and a new lift was installed while another was repaired. There was also issue with loan sharks some few years back where a fireball was thrown into a man’s house in Taman Seri Damai. This issue has since gotten the attention of the media as well as the authorities and since then, there are no reported cases of loan sharks harassing local residents around that area.
