Jade Terrace was completed in 4th quarter of 2009 and was priced from RM268,888 on Built Then Sell (BTS) basis. The price was then increased to over RM290,000 and comes with tile and kitchen cabinets. The beginning sales from the developer have been very poor and slow. However, the price of Jade Terrace has appreciated a lot since then.
