    Jade Terrace was completed in 4th quarter of 2009 and was priced from RM268,888 on Built Then Sell (BTS) basis. The price was then increased to over RM290,000 and comes with tile and kitchen cabinets. The beginning sales from the developer have been very poor and slow. However, the price of Jade Terrace has appreciated a lot since then. Perhaps, most buyers are smiling at this moment as their investment has paid-off and they can opt for refinance whenever the need arises. The price has reached RM460,000 in just 1½-years. The huge jump is mainly due to the new road opening via Jade Hills.
