    The developer of Park 51 Boulevard, Taipan Focus is a wholly-subsidiary of Taipan Group. Just within Petaling Jaya district, the Group has completed about 1,400 high-rise residential properties and 100 commercial properties. The Group has built a good brand name via the delivery of the first phase of Park 51, Impian Baiduri which was completed and delivered 12 months ahead of schedule. Park 51 Boulevard can be easily reached from Federal Highway. However, it is hardly spotted as it is sited 'behind' other commercial buildings and factories including Sunway PJ 51a and the Mercedes Benz showroom.
